Ready, set, go – 1st juror for 2nd edition announced

Amanda Quist joins the jury for 2. Sing'n'Joy Princeton 2019

Sing'n'Joy Princeton

Associate Professor, Chair of the Conducting, Organ and Sacred Music Department at Westminster Choir College, conductor of the Westminster Chapel Choir and Westminster Kantorei, recipient of Westminster Choir College of Rider University’s 2014 Distinguished Teaching Award and the 2018 Mazzotti Award for Women’s Leadership - the list of achievements and awards of Amanda Quist could be continued much further. This devotion to choral music also led her to INTERKULTUR’s Sing'n'Joy Princeton event where she will be acting as a juror for choirs from all over the world. She will be joined by international colleagues to be announced at a later date.

11 competition categories, a Grand Prize Competition, a range of pedagogical offers and musical encounters of nations, e.g during friendship concerts, represent some of the highlights of this American International Choral Festival. Last time in 2016 18 choirs came together in order to celebrate the diversity of choral music – next time we are looking forward to welcoming more singers, more nations and more Sing'n'Joy!
