Together with the Magdeburger Kammerchor the Danish National Church Choir and the Lagos City Chorale from Nigeria presented their varied program – a mix from national and international sacred works from their respective home countries.

The crowning end of the successful evening and Friendship Concert was a joint performance of the piece “Evening Rise” by Meinhard Ansohn, when all choirs went on stage again and sung under the direction of the Magdeburger Kammerchor’s conductor Christian Hoffmann. Every choir and every piece was rewarded with big applause from the audience.

After the performances the evening faded away with a mutual barbecue where the international participating choirs got the chance to get to know each other better.
