NORDIC VOICES Choir Festival
A choral celebration in the land of a thousand lakes
Welcome to Lahti, the first real lakeside city on the way from Helsinki, set in Finland’s Lakeland—a favorite retreat for Finns to relax and connect with nature.
In 2026 we invite you to explore the city’s stunning lakeside scenery while enjoying the magic of Nordic singing traditions with your choir. The NORDIC VOICES Choir Festival offers a warm and inspiring experience for all – whether participating in competitions, Friendship Concerts or educational events.
One of the festival’s highlights is the opportunity to perform in the magnificent Sibelius Hall. Located by the picturesque Lake Vesijärvi, this world-class venue stands out for its exceptional acoustics. A perfect setting for a festival that celebrates the beauty of choral singing.
Be part of INTERKULTUR’s Finnish debut and sing where world-class choral tradition meets breathtaking Scandinavian beauty. Join in!
