After the first registration deadline for the World Choir Games 2020 on May 20 INTERKULTUR is thrilled to announce a fantastic number of choirs and nations that already registered:

Already a total of 91 choirs from 30 nations sent their registration for the event to date and will be coming to celebrate 20 years of World Choir Games from July 5-15, 2020 in Flanders, Belgium. All continents are represented; participants from countries like Australia, Uruguay, China, USA and many European countries are already registered and will be part of a fantastic festival of cultures and international choral music.

“This is a fantastic result which exceeds our expectations”, says Jelena Dannhauer, INTERKULTUR Project Director of the World Choir Games 2020. “The high amount of registrations at this early stage of preparations let us hope that we will reach our goal to have a record number of 500 participating choirs at the next World Choir Games in Flanders.”

September 16, 2019 marks the next registration deadline for interested choirs. All registrations which will be received until that date will still take advantage of some special Early Bird Registration discounts. Regular registration deadline is on December 1, 2019.
