The world belongs to the youth - and therefore this day is dedicated to the competitions of Youth Choirs from different nations. In addition, there will be the first thematic concert in the evening to end this second competition day on a high note.

10:30 International Youth Choirs compete in the Grand Prix of Nations at the Universitetsaulan. While yesterday showed Youth Choirs of the Open Competition you have today the opportunity to experience young singers from all over the world singing at an advanced level. This category is split in four parts due to its popularity – drop in and get an impression why it is much loved by singers and audience alike!

14:00 Decide for a taster lesson in the Champions Category of Folklore a cappella at the Stora Teatern. Outstanding European choirs from four different nations will not only compete for gold results but also a possible qualification for the Grand Prix competition category.

19:00 The Vasakrykan is the best place to let the day fade out: A special concert “Sweden A Cappella” shows Swedish choral singing at its best and is bound to sweep its listeners off their feet – get your tickets here!

Friendship concerts are always a good opportunity to drop in spontaneously – curious? Give choirs from around the world a try: At 10:00 at the Scandic Crown Hotel, at 15:00 at the Göteborgsoperan or at 19:00 at the Radisson Blu Scandinvia.
