Closing Ceremony of the African Asia Pacific Choir Games & Grand Prix of Nations Mauritius 2025
The African Asia Pacific Choir Games & Grand Prix of Nations Mauritius 2025 concluded on Sunday, October 5, with a powerful Closing and Award Ceremony at the Côte d’Or National Sports Complex.
After a week of breathtaking competitions, celebration concerts, and Friendship Concerts, the final evening honored the spirit of unity and music that defined the Games. The ceremony celebrated the remarkable talent and dedication of choirs from around the world, recognizing their outstanding achievements and the bonds of friendship they formed.
In the Open Competition, a total of 7 Golden, 29 Silver and 1 Bronze Diplomas were awarded in two Award Ceremonies during the event. In both the Champions Competition and the Grand Prix of Nations 10 Gold Medals and 3 Silver Medals were handed over to the participating choirs. A total of six choirs from four different nations achieved the highest titel of this event, Winner of the Grand Prix of Nations 2025.
This monumental event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Local Organising Committee for the International Choir Competitions 2025 (LOCICC 2025), in collaboration with INTERKULTUR and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Mauritius.
