Six months to go until the 5th Vietnam International Choir Competiton in Hoi An. Here’s just a quick reminder what to expect:
As one of Asia’s top destinations (rated Vietnam’s no.1 and Asia’s no. 17 tourist destination by Trip Advisor), Hoi An is even a fantastic choral destination! And here we are - after its first edition in 2011, the event has grown to attract an average of 40 choirs so far. Quite a spectacle of choral colours!
The event is fully equipped with participating and non-participating activities, so that no-one can ever feel short on options. What is more, the setting of the competition is located directly on Hoi An’s coast and provides a stunning panorama for the performances. Whereas Hoi An’s Old Town will be the venue for Friendship Concerts and the Choir Parade, which will proceed through the city’s narrow streets. Isn’t that a perfect combination of the singer and tourist within you?
Hoi An means “meeting place” so what better destination to gather and celebrate with other like-minded souls from across the globe?
