A powerful finale to five days of choral singing in Kobe

From January 15-19, 2026, the city of Kobe became a meeting place for choirs from around the world as Sing from Kobe 2026 brought together voices, cultures, and artistic perspectives in a shared musical experience.
The final day reflected the full breadth of the festival. In the evening, the focus turned to artistic excellence with the Grand Prize Competition and the Awards Ceremony, marking the culmination of five inspiring days of concerts, competitions, and encounters.
A special milestone for the festival: 2026 is the first year in which Sing from Kobe include a Grand Prize Competition, underlining the growing artistic profile and international significance of the event in its fourth edition since 2020.
