To strengthen our team for artistic conception, organization, and implementation, we are looking for a full-time employee as a
Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d).
Your mission:
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of events
- Review and assessment of submitted documents for the Artistic Directorate
- Artistic support for choirs from registration through to the event
- Organization and coordination with the international jury and choral experts
Your profile:
- Completed university or technical college degree in event management
or a comparable qualification - Expertise in musicology or cultural organization desirable
- Professional experience and knowledge in organizing cultural events
- Interdisciplinary working approach: ability to understand the complexity of an event and take it into account within your responsibilities
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in intercultural collaboration is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
