Sing Along Concert with the Berlin Radio Choir in Berlin was an impressive experience
Roughly 900 active particpants joint the Sing Along Concert with the Berlin Radio Choir, Simon Halsey and the Wiener Akademische Philharmonie on May 8. The Great Hall of Vienna Concert Hall was an impressive scene for this event, the huge choir gave amazing pictures:
The concert was an amazing listening experience on a high artistic level. It was worth while that all participants were excellently prepared for the three days of rehearsals in Vienna that were very productive. The beginning of the Kyrie was nearly magical: Roughly 1000 voices produce a full sound that caused goosebumps, especially with the piano parts. The record of the concert promises to be a wonderful CD that can be purchased in the near future.
After the concert all participants met at a traditional Austrian "Heuriger" evening and celebrated the concert in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
