Jury nominates four choirs for the Grand Prix of Nations

Grand Prix of Nations

The first competitions in the Open Competition are over now. We have heard many choirs and were able to witness wonderful concert performances.

Also the international jury has loved the competition program so that they have decided to qualify four choirs from the Open Competition to the Grand Prix of Nations.The following choirs have qualified for the Grand Prix of Nations:

  • The "Consortium Berlin” (Germany) has qualified from category O5 to GP5 "Musica Sacra"
  • The Children's Choir “Patara Georgika” (Georgia) has qualified from the Open Competition O7 for the Grand Prix of Nations in category GP7 "Folklore"
  • “Mešani Mladinski Pevski Zbor Šolskega Centra Celje” (Slovenia) has qualified from O2 to GP2 "Youth Choirs"
  • “Der Mädchenchor der Sing-Akademie zu Berlin“ (Germany) has convinced in the category  O2 "Youth Choirs"  and can now compete again in the category "Youth choirs" in the Grand Prix of Nations.
