Preparations for the events at the World Choir Games 2020 in Flanders make good progress. During Artistic Meetings with partners from Belgium and Germany at INTERKULTUR's headquarter in Germany a first draft for the concept of the Opening Ceremony was presented and discussed already.

Further it was agreed that Friendship Concerts will not only take place in Ghent and Antwerp but that choral music will sound throughout the whole region of Flanders, as some choirs will have the Chance to present their music in other cities as well.

What is more, a fantastic selection of Celebration Concerts is already being planned. Not only international participating choirs will be able to present their outstanding skills, but also some amazing pieces of Flemish choral music will be brought on stage.

As you can see the detailed planning for the anniversary event on the occasion of 20 Years World Choir Games are in full swing and both the INTERKULTUR team and the Flemish Partners can't wait to welcome everybody in Belgium next summer!
