IMPORTANT CHANGE OF WORLD CHOIR GAMES SCHEDULE
Both Awards Ceremonies to be held on July 7
Due to unexpected overlaps with the preparations for the Mayoral Legacy Concert to take place on Sunday, July 8 in the Sun Arena INTERKULTUR has agreed to change the World Choir Games schedule in order to support this charity concert that embodies the true spirit and ethos of the values INTERKULTUR has pursued ever since its founding.
The following changes have thus been made in regard to the Award Ceremonies, which will be divided into two sessions:
Award Ceremony 1: All choirs that competed in the OPEN COMPETITION will now have their award ceremony on Saturday 7 July 2018 from 17:00-19:00 in the Sun Arena.
Award Ceremony 2: All choirs that competed in the CHAMPIONS COMPETITION will now have their award ceremony on Saturday 7 July 2018 from 20:00-23:30 in the Sun Arena.
Please note: Due to the now very tight schedule with having both Awards Ceremonies on the same day only participants and accredited media will be able to attend the Awardings, it will not be open to the public. Participants will get access to their Awards Ceremony with their black wristband.
NO Awards Ceremony will take place on Sunday, July 8.
