The Choir Olympics 2000 in Linz/ Austria was the beginning of a Choir Olympic movement, which goes around the world until today: Its story of success continues with subsequent events in Busan/ Republic of Korea in 2002, and Bremen/ Germany in 2004 and as of in 2006 under the name “World Choir Games” in Xiamen/ China, Graz/ Austria in 2008, Shaoxing/ China in 2010, and Cincinnati/ USA in 2012, Riga/ Latvia in 2014, in 2016 in the Winter Olympic City of Sochi/ Russia in 2016 and 2018 in Tshwane/ South Africa.

In 2020 we want to celebrate the success story in Flanders together with you and have created a special anniversary offer for you!

To take advantage of the anniversary offer, register your choir until May 20, 2019. We only need the following information and documents at this time:

• completed registration forms G1-G3 and AI-1 or AI-2
• short biography of your choir in English
• photo of your choir in jpg format (can be exchanged later)
• Early bird registration fee for the selected activities

Please also send the estimated number of particpants (can be updated again at a later date) and your estimated travel dates.

For the submission of the remaining documents, such as competition programs and sheet music, sound recordings, etc., you have until the Early Bird date on September 16, 2019.
