Waiting for the Champions
World Choir Games Competitions are over
Today was already the last day of the World Choir Games competitions 2016. All choirs have done their best and performed in the various competition categories. Now it’s time to wait for the results to be announced…
This will happen tomorrow morning at the Awards Ceremony in Bolshoy Ice Dome in the Sochi Olympic Park. The event will start at 9:30 a.m. and all participating choirs will learn the scores they received by the international jury and be awarded with Bronze, Silver and Golden Diplomas and Medals.
The best choirs in each category in the Champions Competition will be awarded the “Champion of the World Choir Games 2016” title, the singers will rush the stage and their country’s national anthem will be played and sang along. It’s going to be a highly emotional event once again – we can’t wait to reward all choirs for their hard rehearsal work to compete at the Games!
