The results of the World Choir Games have been announced

World Choir Games 2016

After altogether 53 concerts the first winners of the World Choir Games were announced today. During the Award Ceremony in the Bolshoy Ice Dome all participating choirs of the first part were present.

Only in The Champions Competition 55 Gold Medals, 46 silver and 4 bronze medals were awarded. With altogether 50 medals the host country Russia belongs to the overall winners of the day, followed by China with 22 medals, Republic of Korea with 6, Indonesia with 4 and South Africa with 4 medals.

In The Open Competition the international jury awarded 33 Golden, 37 Silver and 5 Bronze Diplomas.
