In 2020 the World Choir Games celebrate its 20th anniversary in Flanders, Belgium: 20 years after the foundation of the World Choir Games in Austria (2000) the international choral world will once more celebrate the world’s largest international choir competition in the heart of Europe and for the first time in two different cities: The 11th World Choir Games 2020 take place from July 5-15, 2020 in Antwerp and Ghent.

The event strives to connect choirs and singers from all over the world, no matter what their nationality, ethnic background or religion. In order to give as many choirs as possible the opportunity of participating, there’s a wonderful anniversary offer for choirs registering until May 20:

As a very special discount, every 10th singer in the choir will receive a free event package for the 11th World Choir Games 2020! Please take a look at the event package for your country available at www.wcg2020.com for all details.

At this early stage of the registration process only the following is needed until May 20:

• completed registration forms G1-G3 and AI-1 or AI-2
• short biography of your choir in English
• photo of your choir in jpg format (can be exchanged later)
• Early bird registration fee for the selected activities

Please also send the estimated number of participants (can be updated again at a later date) and your estimated travel dates.

For the submission of the remaining documents, such as competition programs and sheet music, sound recordings, etc., there’s still time until the Early Bird registration date on September 16, 2019.
