Special Guests to perform at Sing’n’Joy Princeton

One of the best-known choirs in the United States will perform at the INTERKULTUR event Sing’n’Joy Princeton, which is going to be held in February 2017: The American Boy Choir will do the honors and has confirmed to be part of the event and perform in a concert during the choir festival.

The American Boy Choir serves boys grade 1-4 from across the United States as well as other countries. On average the choir makes over 200 appearances in four to five major tours annually. So the choir already performed with the New York Philharmonic, the Berliner Philharmoniker, the Boston Symphony Orchestra and other world renowned ensembles. In the 2004/2005 season the choir even performed at the Academy Awards together with Beyoncé Knowles.

The performance of The American Boy Choir will be only one of several outstanding highlights at Sing’n’Joy Princeton 2017. Participating choirs not only have the chance to sing in the Chapel of the world renowned Westminster Choir College but also to listen to a performance of its world-famous ensembles. Further, choirs can participate in a joint performance at the Festival Stage Choir Project and to stage two pieces by composer Morten Lauridsen, who will be present at the concert.
