The latest Presidential Regulation No. 178/2014 about Badan Keamanan Laut (Bakamla/Indonesia Coast Guard) has been granted on December 9, 2014, therefore Indonesia Maritime Security Coordinating Board changed into Indonesia Coast Guard.

In the beginning, the group was formed from a few enthusiastic employees in the art of singing. Until September 2015, IRCC has managed to record and produce 8 choral albums.

Along the way, IRCC took part in various internal activities of ICG such as, anniversary, opening for workshops, seminar, or welcoming ceremony for foreign delegation etc. The IRCC already participated in some international events.
