Founded in 1992 the International Conductors Association (ICV) represents an (inter)national forum for choral conductors and supports e.g. the international cooperation between conductors and promotes choral music by the means of its comprehensive network.

In order to give its members and the choral community in general an extended extensive access to pursue interests and subjects regarding choral music the ICV and INTERKULTUR agreed on a mutual cooperation. Members of the ICV will be able to enhance and intensify their future international choral activities and the INTERKULTUR choral community will benefit from the know-how and new input of the ICV members.

Furthermore both parties focus on joint new projects which will promote choir music and simplify the interaction between conductors and singers worldwide.
