2. edition of Helsingborgs Körfestival 2020
This year, spring 2020 will kick off with Scandinavian choral sounds and extraordinary international choirs: After the premiere of the Helsingborg Körfestival 2018, the city on the Öresund will once again open its doors to choral music from all over the world from May 27 to 31, 2020. Historic and modern venues such as Dunkers kulturhus or Sankta Maria Kyrka await choirs from all over the world for the 2nd edition of a fantastic choir festival with exciting international encounters.
Learning together - learning from each other: Additional pedagogical advanced training opportunities for participating groups and interested music fans such as Workshops, Evaluation Performances and Individual Coachings as well as Friendship concerts with choirs from all over the world leave no desires unfulfilled for lovers of choir music. In addition, 12 different categories, from Mixed Choirs and Chamber Choirs to Folklore and Sacred Choral Music, bring together the most diverse facets of international choral music on one stage.
