Important information about the Franz Schubert Choir Competition 2020

The COVID19 pandemic continues to restrict many aspects of public life and still affects the choral world. This includes also the International Franz Schubert Choir Competition, which was planned to take place in November 2020 in Vienna. After careful consideration and evaluation INTERKULTUR and the local partners of the Schubert Society in Vienna have jointly decided not to hold the event this year. 

The next INTERKULTUR choral events in Austria are planned for March 4 - 8 in Bad Ischl (Salzkammergut) and May 20 - 24, 2021 in Linz (Upper Austria). Information on all INTERKULTUR events already scheduled for 2021 and 2022 can be found here.
