Anton Bruckner Choir Competition and Festival

Queens of Qoro Quando is the winner of the Anton Bruckner Choir Prize 2017 and receives a prize money of EUR 2000. Congratulations! After a high-level Grand Prize Competition in the Brucknerhaus on Saturday evening the jury decided to award the singers from Finland the prize.

The Grand Prize Competition was the final competition of the best six choirs, selected by the jurors and based on their achievement in the various competition categories. Each of the finalists performed two pieces a cappella that had not been sung in the competition before. 

The highest score in the competition was achieved by Den Norske Studentersangforening from Norway with 28,61 points in the Sacred Choral Music category.
