Newly established ensemble premieres on stage in front of the jury
The history of LahnVokal is still too short for a long report…
LahnVokal is a project choir that was founded in December 2015 out of three different ensembles located nearby the Lahn River. Currently the choir consists of 38 singers and is highly motivated to present its musical skills at the Chorfest Watzenborn-Steinberg.
Michael Blume is the artistic director of the ensemble. During his work as conductor he has tried in many concerts to create alternative performances and to make choral music attractive for a wider audience through the extension of jazz and pop music. So the audience in Pohlheim can look forward to a varied competition program.
The performance at the Chorfest Watzenborn-Steinberg next week is the ensemble’s premiere at competitions of every kind. INTERKULTUR wishes many success!
