INTERKULTUR is mourning for Prof. Wu Zuqiang, Honorary Advisor in the Honorary Committee of INTERKULTUR, World Choir Games and the World Choir Council. He passed away on March 14, 2022.

As the former Chairman of China Conservatory of Music and respected musician, Prof. Wu Zuqiang always supported the Choral Olympic movement and especially the choral development in China during the past decades. Prof. Wu Zuqiang, at that time, Honorary President of China Musicians Association, sent warm greetings to the 4th World Choir Games Xiamen in 2006 “Promote cooperation and development, sing for peace and friendship”.
