- Guangzhou International Open Competition
The Guangzhou International Open Competition offers the experience to be part of an international choral competition to simply everyone! No matter whether you have gained international experience or just sung on your own so far. The Guangzhou International Open Competition is your event! Competition takes place in 11 categories, divided up according to your choir’s genre or line-up. - Xinghai Prize International Choir Competition
The Xinghai Prize International Choir Competition – named after the Chinese composer Xian Xinghai – is the event for the world’s top amateur choirs to find others of their kind and showcase their artistic skills. They will be competing for the Xinghai Prize which offers Gold or Platinum nominations or the Xinghai Prize with the prize money of 5,000 EUR for the winner in each of the seven categories. Find categories for children, youth, male or female choirs as well as categories for pop, jazz, gospel and folklore.

C – INTERKULTUR Choral Symposium:
November 11-14, 2012
On children’s and youth choirs and musical education for young people
The INTERKULTUR Choral Symposium will be held between November 11-14, 2012 after the competition. It offers a conference on musical education for young people as well as lectures, discussions and workshops. INTERKULTUR will provide internationally experienced choral experts as lecturers and workshop leaders. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
