Let’s go south!
Spend a sunny fall in Calella and Barcelona
Europe shivers at the moment. There are freezing temperatures everywhere; in Rome they had snow for the first time since the last 6 years. So isn’t it the best time of the year to start planning a warm fall with sun, shore, sea and singing from all over the world?
Six choirs from four nations already seized the opportunity and sent a registration for Canta al mar 2018 in Calella and Barcelona – weeks before the official Early Bird Registration Deadline ends on March 19!
Voci Fluenti (Denmark), Tav Hatefer and Shiboley Hayogvim (Israel), Akademiska Kören Linköping and Stockholm Singers (Sweden) as well as Coral Juvenil Santa Maria Pineda del Mar from the host country Spain have already handed in their registration and will sing under the Catalan sun in October.
Coral Juvenil Santa Maria Pineda del Mar is a youth choir from Calella’s neighbouring town and hasn’t missed a Canta al mar event since 2013. This year they’re also already looking forward to all choirs that have already registered – all of them will take part in Calella for the first time.
Would you also like to spend a sunny fall at the Spanish coast? Register until March 19 and grab the discounts for early registrations!
By the way, the participant information for next year’s Canta al mar is already available. But watch out and read carefully, because starting with the 2019 events there will be some minor adjustments concerning the participation conditions, especially regarding competition categories.
