International choirs cheered at the Award Ceremony

Int. Choir Competition & Festival Kalamata

After all competitions the winners of the 1st Kalamata International Choir Competition have been announced. The choirs from all over the world presented their musicianship in front of the competent international jury. All in all the results of the competitions are on a high artistic niveau: 21 Golden, 27 Silver and 2 Bronze Diplomas.

The atmosphere was great and all choirs cheered for each other when the results were declared.
The Award Ceremony took place in the Tenta Sports Hall in Kalamata. After the choirs received their diplomas and all winners have been announced, selected choirs performed once again at the Closing Concert.

Thank you for your great performances. We hope you enjoyed all Competition Concerts, Friendship Concerts and Gala Concerts as well as your stay in Kalamata during the 1st Kalamata International Choir Competition & Festival 2015.
