Riva: From Iran to Spain

Eight nations are among the category winners

Iran next to Ireland and Israel, Saudi Arabia next to Spain. This image opened up during the award ceremony on the occasion of the 8^th International Choir Competition and Festival for Jazz, Gospel and Pop as well as Secular and Sacred Music.

As throughout the history different generations shaped the appearance of Riva del Garda with their influence and their traditions, this event also conveyed a permanent impression at residents and their guests.

"The organisation was fantastic! The closing ceremony was simply unforgettable!", conductor Giorgio Ubaldi of the "Clam Chowder -Coro dei Civici Corsi di Jazz di Milano", Category winner in Gospel, informed the organisation team after his departure. The artistic committee of the competition accepted the huge participation of Italian choirs with great pleasure.
