More choirs to come

Number of registrations is convincing

For the first time USA – for the 7th time World Choir Games, a magic moment is coming closer! That’s how many choirs from all around the world are feeling, since they have already registered for the event at Ohio River and can’t wait for July 2012.

INTERKULTUR President Günter Titsch and his team got inspired by their enthusiasm and euphoria. Never before has interest in this popular event been higher. “Our team almost can’t make it to work on all these requests and registrations as usual. We’re very glad about that and it shows, we must have a new registration deadline!” Now INTERKULTUR gladly waits for more choirs and extends the registration deadline until January 15, 2012.

It’s enough time to go through all modalities and prepare for a participation and to submit the registration documents. Then hopefully more choir conductors will feel like Dafna Ben Yohanan from The Ankor Children’s Choir from Jerusalem, Israel: "When I put the registration forms in the mail, really, it was the happiest moment of the week!"

Currently a total of 239 choirs from all around the world have registered and are practising for performances in front of the jury at The Open Competition and The Champions Competition of the 2012 World Choir Games.
