Fostering choral music and international encounter

INTERKULTUR and IFCM intensify communication about mutual goals

In the framework of this year's general assembly of the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) in Örebro, Sweden, INTERKULTUR President Günter Titsch and Artistic Director Christian Ljunggren met IFCM's President Lupwishi Mbuyamba. Both Presidents discussed mutual goals of their respective organizations, such as fostering international choral music, international encounter for mainly for young people and mutual understanding of the peoples, which international events can contribute to. Titsch assured Mbuyamba INTERKULTUR's willingness to support IFCM in any respect. Both organizations met in the context of the official inauguration of the Swedish International Choral Center in Örebro (SWICCO), which they both partner with.
