The education system has been designed for active Chinese choral conductors and educators. Internationally renowned choral conductors and professors will provide Chinese conductors with the possibility of raising their standard of conducting and their knowledge about international choral music and established choral pedagogy.

The education will be arranged on a regular basis and in collaboration with Chinese organizations and institutions and will lead to certificates and diplomas on different levels. The education is structured in a way that enables a participant to enter the education system at different levels depending on prior training and possible college or university studies. Thus both more advanced and less experienced conductors will find their entry and proceeds.

• Level A conductors should have passed choral conducting studies or exam in China on university level. They should at least be able to read foreign texts, foreign language skills are desirable. Candidates must be able to read staff system.
• The post graduate studies will lead to a "Conductors Master Diploma"

• Level B conductors should have experience in choral conducting. They should at least have some experience reading staff system (the Education System will offer introductory studies in staff notation) and need not have foreign language skills (interpreters will be provided)
• The elementary studies will lead to a
