Review: Venezia in Musica

First videos online

As at previous INTERKULTUR events videos of the choirs’ performances at Venezia in Musica 2012 have been published to enter the world wide web. This year the performances at the Grand Prix Competition can be watched first. More videos will be following in the next days and weeks.

The Closing evening is always a very special event for all choirs and particularly for those participating in the concert. The winners of the individual categories compete in this competition concert and sing for the Choir Prize “Venezia in Musica 2012” to become the overall winner of the competition. These sound moments can currently be found on the video platform YouTube.

Nice memories of Venice in May, of an evening full of joy and music in Palazzo del Turismo in Jesolo Lido: Altogether eleven choirs performed at their best on May 2. They came from Singapore, Russia, Spain, Slovenia, Italy and Norway. Also a Latvian choir from Riga, host city of the 8th World Choir Games was there.
