In our organization office near Frankfurt, Germany, we are available Monday through Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (CET/CEST). If you’re not located in Germany, you might want to connect to a qualified person in your country, speaking your language first. Please visit the chapter "Representatives and Travel Agents" and check whether we already have a partner in your country.

Our Official Representatives – some experienced persons from the choral world – are happy to help you selecting the competition, festival or category that applies best to your choir. They will also give you advice working on the application forms.

We also list a number of travel agencies and tour operators who partner with us. You can manage your bookings with them and let them help you with the terms and conditions. Usually, they also will be glad to help you with your flights and transfers as well as additional touristic services.
